Kids Feeling Parent's Feelings

Pastor John Piper from Desiring God as a granddaddy learning lessons still in parenting - where "kids feel what parents expressively feel." We love tucking our girls in every night, with a song, prayer, sometimes Bible story, sometime personal story, and an ending statement we learned from Noel Piper's book, "Most of All, Jesus Loves You."

“What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes. Instead you ought to say, 'If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that'.”

(James 4:13–15 ESV)

“I hope to see you in passing as I go to Spain, and to be helped on my journey there by you, once I have enjoyed your company for a while.”

(Romans 15:24 ESV)

“You will do well to send them on their journey in a manner worthy of God.”

(3 John 1:6b ESV)

“As You sent Me into the world, so I have sent them into the world.

(John 17:18 ESV)
